Ronald Dupree brings to his practice over twelve years of experience as an operations manager for a publically-traded real estate investment trust where he was responsible for five departments and a ten-million dollar annual budget.  As a manager, Mr. Dupree was a turnaround specialist participating in the revitalization of troubled assets and helping them achieve profitability, often times with very limited resources. In his legal career, Mr. Dupree has held successful positions in private practice in a law firm environment and in the office of general counsel for a state regulatory agency. 

It was during this time that Mr. Dupree developed a set of core values that serve as the foundation of his law practice.  These values begin and end with an unrelenting commitment to clients, community and professional service.  In keeping with these principals Mr. Dupree concentrates his practice in areas of concern to individuals and small-business owners.  Services include commercial and corporate dispute litigation, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, disability discrimination and retaliation.  Transactional services include drafting and negotiation of non-compete, non-solicitation and trade secret agreements.
