Dupree Mediation is the dispute resolution section of our practice devoted to solving problems through the processes of mediation, arbitration and facilitation.  The practice is focused on a broad range of complex disputes, involving partnerships, corporations, public policy, securities, property taxes, breach of contract, the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), defamation, negligence (including personal injury), family, divorce, probate, guardianship and real estate.

Attorney Ronald Dupree brings over 12 years of business and legal experience to his practice having held successful positions at law firms, in real estate and state government.  

Mr. Dupree received his mediation training at the University of Texas Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution and frequently serves as mediator on pending litigation matters either by court appointment or by agreement of the parties. His background and experience provide him  with the tools to successfully mediate pre, pending or post-litigation cases.
